Welcome to Slide Living, Landscaping Specialists based in Albury-Wodonga.

This disclaimer page outlines key information about our services at SLIDE Living. We encourage all clients to review these Terms Of Service before engaging with our services.

1. Acceptance of this quote requires a 10% deposit, 40% payment upon commencement, 45% payment upon completion of half the work quoted and a final payment of 5% upon completion of all work.

2. Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable should the client cancel. The client may also be liable for any additional costs incurred in preparation of works such as material costs and labour.

3. Pricing: Price does not include any unforeseen issues/circumstances such as, but not limited to, striking rock when digging footings, striking underground pipes and/or encountering groundwater when completing work. The client will be consulted if an unforeseen issue arises, additional costs are discussed and agreed upon and the quotation is amended.

NOTE: SLIDE Living Pty Ltd completes a Dial Before You Dig prior to commencing work to reduce the likelihood of such issues arising.

4. Invoicing Penalties: Any outstanding invoices (overdue by 7-20 days) will incur a $250 administration fee. All costs associated with outstanding invoices which require debt collection will be charged to the client.

5. Debt Collection: Any outstanding invoices (overdue by 21 days or more) will incur a $100 per day fee. All costs associated with outstanding invoices which require debt collection will be charged to the client.

6. Ownership: All materials remain the property of SLIDE Living Pty Ltd until paid for in full by the client. Any excess/left over materials will remain the property of SLIDE Living Pty Ltd.

7. Quotation: See additional exclusions within the written quotation.

8. Change of Work Scope: Requests for changes in the scope of work may lead to adjustments in cost and project timelines. Such changes require a written agreement from both parties.
